Sporty bike tours
For a sportive escapade, the mountainous setting of the region is totally adequate. From Talloires-Angon, there are different passes that you can climb in groups, with a well-deserved panorama for everyone at the end.
The Col de la Forclaz, one of the most famous passes around the lake, offers an incredible view of Annecy and its lake and once there, it is possible to eat local specialties on the panoramic terrace of Chalet La Pricaz.
The Col de Leschaux route is wilder and takes you straight into the regional natural park of the Massif des Bauges. It is a mountain nature which will wait for you with the insurance of a calm frame and space if you have other activities in group.
The tour of the Mont Veyrier by the Bluffy pass, makes you visit different types of landscapes. Once you have passed the coast of Talloires, the ascent of the pass of Bluffy promises you a splendid view on the surrounding mountains. You can make a detour to the Fier river to refresh yourself and go back to Annecy by going around the Mont Veyrier. At the end, you will be able to enjoy the banks of the lake while returning in direction of Talloires to our rental agency.

Between handlebars and lake
First of all, the tour of the lake can be reached from our site in Angon to Annecy. The green way ensures a safe section between lake and mountain. In order to avoid the climb from Menthon-Saint-Bernard, it is possible to take a navibus from Annecy which allows you to take your bikes and come back to Angon.
While riding the bike path in Saint-Jorioz, be sure to stop at the Criq'parc. This is one of the first eco-responsible parks in the region that promises a beautiful playground in the trees. On the edge of the lake, it's also a great stop for a swim in the creek.
If you just want to take an hour of your time to sail on the clear waters of the lake, different companies exist. In Annecy, the pedal boat slides of the company Arc en ciel will delight your children! Otherwise, a cruise on one of their wooden boats will ensure a unique moment with your family.

Museums and farms to visit
With a classic or electric bike, you can stop in the different museums, cheese dairies or farms of the area. On the greenway, the Paccard museum in Sevrier lets you discover the history of the most famous bell manufacturer (120 000 bells worldwide!) In Faverges, not far from the greenway, the butterfly museum also ensures a nice family visit. If you have prepared a picnic, it is also possible to attach your bikes and walk 30 minutes to the col des Nantets to eat with a beautiful view on the surrounding mountains.
In the afternoon, you can go back down with your bikes and go in the direction of the Acro'aventures tree park, still in the heights of Talloires. There are courses for young and old. A perfect outing to burn off the calories from lunch!
